 HOW TO MAKE JAVANESE FRIED RICE


Ingredients :

~ 1 plate of white rice

~ Cooking oil for saute seasoning



Blended Ingredients :

- Onion 3 cloves

- Garlic 3 cloves

- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper

- 1 red chili

- 2 leeks

- 1 tomato

- Salt to taste

- Terasi to taste



Complementary Ingredients :

• 1 tomato

• 1 red chili

• 1 egg






Step by Step :

1. Prepare all the ingredients to be mashed, then puree using a mortar to taste better.


2. Prepare 1 egg, add a little salt then shake until blended.

3. Prepare the cooking oil, then heat it.

4. Put the beaten eggs into hot oil then remove from the frying pan.


5. Spices that have been mashed are then sauteed with enough oil. Stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Prepare white rice on a plate.

7. If the spices have a sweet odor, put the white rice in a stirring pan so that the seasoning is evenly distributed.

8. Stir until cooked.

9. Cut the egg thinly.

10. Serve on a plate, for more beautiful add garnishes.

      For Indonesians, fried rice is a very iconic food menu. "World Expo Shanghai China 2010" has named it an interesting treat that is increasingly known in the eyes of the world.


      Fried rice itself was born around 4000 years before Christ. Derived from the habits of the Chinese community who do not like cold food, fried rice is now beginning to go global. The large number of Chinese people who migrate to other areas, make a menu of fried rice made by them using herbs and variations of food ingredients that are around his residence.


      In Indonesia there are several types of fried rice which are now increasing in number. Even though the variety and seasonings are continuously created, the menu still uses rice as its main ingredient. Well, here is a recipe for Javanese fried rice that can be made at home.

      First, prepare all the ingredients to be mashed, then puree using a mortar to taste better. Second, prepare 1 egg, add a little salt then shake until blended.
